Sennheiser dt700 80ohm or 250ohm impedance

Looking to buy these headphones DT700 intending to plug them into both mixing console and Focusrite Scarlett. What Impedance is best?

    It´s said that higher impedance is better due to less quality loss, but result in lower volume. I readed that 250 oh is not recommended for mp3 players or your phone. I use the 250 ohm version in my home studio (roland quad capture) with no problem at all, and never experienced a loss of volume in pluguin directly to my laptop or other sources :)
