Hi guys, I know how to breathe through my stomach, no problem on that, but I don't know how to control it or how it feels when it's controlled, I have seen it many times to try to understand, but nothing to do help me please.
Take a breath, your belly protrudes. Now as you exhale or sing a note, try keep your belly out, it will go in a bit as you exhale but you shouldn't be actively bringing it in. You should feel the activation of your transverse abdominus while trying to keep your belly in this state. It should feel controlled but not strangely uncomfortable.
