How to identify notes

How do I learn to identify what notes I'm singing?
I was playing around with my voice and I sang this

Please can someone tell me what note it is?

you could also use an instrument and try to find the same note on it

I don't have any instrumentals but I'll download a virtual one

yeah good idea. anything that improves your musical skills is good for singing

So, I used an app to check the note.
It's about a C6-F7
Not too sure how true it is though

I use an app called vocal pitch monitor for android, it said you were on C6.
