Volume 1 KTVA 2.0 daily workout.

Hey, i bought KTVA 2.0 about two years ago, and am just now getting back on it. I have a question, in volume 1, it says that half of your daily workout is stretching the chest voice, and the other half is bridging from chest to head. Well I have no problem with the first part, but i am having trouble figuring out how to ACTULLY bridge, whenever i try to "bridge", I break, and sound like a dying cat. I would just like some advice on how to implement the second part of my daily training correctly. I am pretty clueless about bridging. Also i read in a reply by one of the moderators from 2016, that you are not supposed to go into head voice until volume 3. Thanks, please help.
