how to use the exercises given in new course

So I have been a member of KVTA and bought the pro packs course 2 years ago. I'm pretty good at most of the exercises. I just recently bought the vocal health and wellness course and I noticed that the exercises are all one's I have been already taught from the KVTA series. My question is should I sing the specific exercises mentioned in the new course everyday in combination with the other volumes for vocal wellness? I don't have any vocal injuries (yet) but I would like to avoid it while I continue to strengthen my voice.
