I need help with high pitch belting

It seems that when it comes to high pitch belting I can't seem to do it without straining

I tried to listen to it but I would have to download the app which I don't want to do, I'm sorry. If there is another way for you to post something here using Google drive, YouTube, SoundCloud ect that would be good.
