How To Sing *Uh* vowel effortlessly, if required

Hello there, I'm learning from KTVA course, and i wanted to ask how to sing uh vowel, in the course ken has said it jams the throat as we go higher.
So is there any vowel mod, technique or anything which make uh vowel effortless as we go higher.
