Pulled up the cords
Hello, guys. Today I feel like I pulled up the cords by singing too loud or stressing the cords too much. Usually, if I do that, I feel the effect the other day, when I woke up. Like I can't sing higher my speaking range. So, how can I prevent that today? I did an easy workout with Ken to kind of relax the cords, if that makes sense. But I still feel like my cords is pulled up. What can I do right now?
