Limited time for practice, what's best?

So basically, in some days, I have limited time to practice my singing, about 3 hours. My doubt is in what's best to do for a starter in the KTVA method of singing. I like to do the exercises twice, back-to-back, for more growth, but I also sing after that.
But when I have limited time, I either do the exercises once and sing after it or I don't sing at all and to the exercises twice, back-to-back.
As a starter, what's best to do here?
Do the workouts once and sing after or do the exercises twice for more growth and not sing at all?
