Please tell me ! 🥺 I have cough for almost 3 months...how shall I get rid of it ?

Please suggest me good GENERALY-FOUND-IN-HOME thing which can help me..I have a strong thought that my vocal range is soo low, I mean the notes , because of this coughing ! It reduces my power to sing terribly... 😢
