Anyone hear of a pocket vox?

I saw this on Amazon. Wondering if anyone on here. Uses it ?
Like a tube into a container and your blowing bubbles. Says itz supposed to strengthen your cords....

It comes from lax vox. A tube in the water, how deeper you put the tube into the water how bigger the resistance. Jou can sing into the tube. Because of the pressure from the water, the air-pressure beneath the vocal cords is reduced. It is relaxing for the cords. I you have a cold it can help get your voice going.

So this is ok to use? What i do before my workout is a stream works great clears sinus and helps chords. I do it everyday.

What is this vox thing a repair thing.

I haven't seen this thing, but by the description of it, it sounds like it would develop some sort of muscle simply because it increases resistance. But you need to keep in mind that it could also cause you to accidentally use too much air once the resistance isn't there any more. In my mind its almost a way to allow you to hold back your air but you dont do the work.
