Resuming singing after COVID

Had COVID though not hospitalised it has left me exhausted and still no voice or lung capacity to support any voice I have. Has anyone heard or got any advice on how long singing recovery takes or how to slowly get singing fit again without damaging my voice

I was reading an article that stated that doctors are finding nearly 100% of Covid victims who had symptoms have heavy lung scarring in their chest x-rays. They also stated that 60-80% of asymptomatic patients also had heavy lung scarring (much worse than even the heaviest smoker). Here's the article:

Really though it's too early to tell how much of the damage will be permanent and how much will heal and how long that healing will take.

Also Maynard James Keenan of the Bands Tool/A Perfect Circle/Pucifier contracted COVID last February and he is still reporting coughing and damaged lungs, so the recovery may be especially long for some people:

Hi, thanks for the articles the first was very enlightening and worrying at the same time though I couldn’t access the second for some reason. Definitely still breathless and feel like if I could sing I’d be a bass ( could be an interesting experience as I’m a soprano ) I write the vocal lines so maybe I can revise them to reduce parts that require large breath use. So more rest and non singing breathing exercises for me. Thanks
