Singing with a Tongue Tie

I was wondering if anyone here has undergone OP for Tongue Tie ? It wasnt an issue when I didnt sing. Now it’s a bit of a bummer

    I can see why that word would be difficult without the proper use of your tongue.

    What we learn to do in KTVA is sing contiguously, which means we try and minimise the use of glottal stops which are consonants like to, b, d, ng ect. And maximise the use of open vowel sounds like what I mentioned above. For example a trick to sing the word change if the end gives you trouble is pronounce it chaye-sh. When you sing it, people are still able to identify the word as change, its like you are learning how to speak another language again.
