You've got some good technique and nice tone. Pay attention to your pitch, you stick it about 50%, learn the song line by line and use each line as e repetition like you would in a gym and get the feeling for the note in your throat so you build up some muscle memory when you go to sing the whole song.
It's a combination of practicing technique and placement for the vowel to create muscle memory and also training your ear to hear it correctly. I'm about to check out tonegym website myself.
