hello wigs and guys , hope you are doing good

Your starting point should be a split between stretching chest and bridging from chest to head voice in your daily exercises. Doing this will help you properly use the range you have now and set you up for growth. can you please elaborate a little exactly what i need to do actually my english is not that good so i didn't understand fully.... just explain it a little

    Do the same exercises you are doing, but for the first round of exercises, bridge from chest to head with no yodel, then do the exercises again this time only stretching chest.
