Hello All
I have worked through the course a couple of times, I am wondering if anyone has made any playlists or daily workouts? rather than just repeating the course again and again is there a DAILY or weekly guide or playlist selected groups of lessons from course one could follow, and possible load to iPhone I do not post much so I apologize If I am in the wrong category,
