since a long time i wanted to learn music and singing deeply , and this year i got chance but (with conditions) , well my question is do music colledges have good vocal coaches or not , (if someone who is serious about music in long term the he needs to sharp everyskill that make him great ) and ken tamplin is also someone that i want to spent years and years to practice ...but i can't do both ,, whats your ohnest opinion about this

Cant help you sorry, I dont have any other experience with singing besides KTVA. I think its really working for me though.
