    Hey @archit

This heart breaking. I'm so sorry that you have to get through this. What I could suggest you is that you can go to a specialist like a psychiatrist but they will prescribe you pills. I don't subscribe to this method. I've been there too, taking pills and stuff and it literally didn't work. Because in the ends pulls are just some drugs that the doctor throws at you so that you can sleep all day long and forget your problems.

Don't do that. What I would advise to you is if you have any way to do it, move away from where you are, and start to build a new life. A new house, a new town, new friends and a new community. Forget about the past. Because in the end, future is being built upon what you do now. Not the past. Think about the current moment. What can you do to improve present time ? What can you do to change your life ? Don.t just think about it do it. Swallow your past and forget. Just write a new story, alright ?

Going to a psychologist is a good idea. But see if you feel good with the person consulting you. And I don't advise you taking pills. This doesn't help. And try to find someone trustworthy to live or hang out with.

    God Bless You, take care
    You're not alone

first of all thank you for your warm words it means a lot

i am doing what i can do and somehow after that i find 3 days loophole and practice vocals and i also record myself singing that help me really well and also sense of relief. but im just trying to make myself busy after that with a bielief that your singing is ok you will get much better in future don't worry....because if i get caught again in that emotion then it will be same problem for me as before.. and you are right psychiatrist is not a better solution for this although i consulted a psychiatrist but im not happy with thier treatment a %.....so you know it never goes its just you have to live with peace with them(anxiety,depression,disorders).............

You're welcome, this is just natural :)

A psychologist, or someone who is more concerned about psychology and mindset will help you the best.

You may know that a psychiatrist is more concerned about médecines and pills. Just putting a bandaid to hide the symptoms. That's it.
Whereas, a psychologist has a real understanding of the mind and get to the core of the problem, healing the cause. Not just the symptoms. They can really help you take care of your real health.

    Keep on rocking ! ;)

    Hello @archit,

a warm Welcome, mate. My name is Marco and I am doing the course for 2.5 years now. Most of the students call me Doc because of my profession being a medical doctor.

I makes me sad to read your story and the situation you are in. It is very nice that our kind mate @GuyChan is trying to give you advice. Merci pour cela, Florian.

Archit, my job is to help people in overcoming or coping with difficult situations in their lives. I'd highly like to recommend to you to stick with the professional treatment by a seasoned psychiatrist. It might take some time to find the perfect treatment for you but my experience is that it is most beneficial to have a clear treatment vision (and plan) for a patient to help them best. The best is to combine a medical treatment (psychiatrist = medical doctor) with psychotherapy (psychotherapist = someone who studied psychology, not medicine).

    Wish you all the best,
    Doc

in addition to the advice from @doc_ramadani , be kind to yourself, try to enjoy little things like nice food etc and try to appreciate the now. adopt a healthy and balanced lifestyle, think of picking up meditation, exercises, reading and stuff like that. if you have a panic attack, try box breathing: 4 seconds in, hold for 4 sec, exhale for 4 seconds, and then hold for 4 sec, repeat. it is effective in calming your body & mind
