Hi, I've been doing KTVA for I think about two months now, and I started writing songs as my voice improved.
This song I wrote called, "Lose Another Soul", is about how I hear about a lot of people going through tough times like depression and their close friends or family don't know how to approach helping them. I've been through depression and a lot of times I struggle silently and hide my emotions. This song is from the point of view of a family member or friend of someone who is struggling mentally with depression, anxiety or anything else and is silently keeping it to themselves. How do you approach making sure you are there for that person without making them push you away. How do you make sure they know you care and are here for them to talk without them thinking you are getting in their personal space.
