Hi there, I've been working through volume one since about Dec 2020 and seen some real progress already.
I've been meaning to log on to the forums but only just got round to it!
I'm a bit stuck on the vowel mods though. I understand them in principal and can maybe get if I do them really slowly but I'm trying to get a sense of how they feel in the throat, or just looking for tips on how I could practice them efficiently.

Belated welcome to the forum 🙂 If you check out the student area and look at categories new students demos and the ah vowel you will find many people posting scales for feed back. Check them out and read the feed back to see if something makes sense to you. Of course posting your own scales is the best way to go!
