It's regarding the AH vowel

My question is how do I get that AH vowel placement? What should it feel like? When I do the AH vowel scales sometimes I feel like I'm not getting there while on somedays I get it straight away. In other words how should Ah vowel feel like in the throat (And I'm looking for more detail answer than "It should feel open")

How do I get it every single day consistently? cause messing Ah vowel ruins my whole workout.

Any help will be appreciated.

    you do have some good brightness, it is certainly the right direction, but you are using lots of air, also a tiny bit of frogginess is creeping in. reduce the volume of the scale to make it easier and it won't stress out your cords as much.

    good support helps you maintain an open throat too
