How to build up volume and resonance for a new singer?

Hi! What advice would you give to a new singer, or more specifically exercises to do, to build up their confidence in singing LOUDER. For instance, if the tone is better in a quieter head voice but is not good when "belting" how would I work up to building better tone and volume?

for belting, you need to learn proper support, vowel mods, compression, lots of things. the course walks you through all of this. your second best choice would be to do the free exercises (check out my profile for an idea). without near-daily exercise of the right type, you can't really grow your voice, and this is exactly what needs to happen if you want to achieve the goals you mentioned

Understand the concept of reducing the amount of air you use when singing and go for ping. When you ping, that is the beginning of resonance and you want to grow that sound.
