Tips on building stamina for long sets

Hi! Been doing the course for a little bit now but one thing I have yet to see addressed is how to build up stamina and vocal strength for LONG nights/sets of singing. I am performing soon in a cover band playing 3 sets of 15 songs for a 4 hour gig. I was curious what everyone would recommend for preparing for a night like this. Thank you in advance!
I don't know which course you have but in the pro and 3.0 version Ken has a video about building a live set that you should watch. You should be concentrating on your air management and making sure you don't over sing and blow out your voice. Having long karaoke sessions could help as well to get yourself used to the amount of singing you'll need to do.
