Downloadable practice files for 3.0

I am considering purchasing the new 3.0 course but I need to know if the practice exercises are downloadable.

3.0 is streaming only.

You can, however purchase a download of 2.0 which is not streaming. The exercises, as well as the rest of 2.0, are downloadable. There are some new exercises in 3.0 that are not in 2.0, but the 2.0 exercises are still very, very good.
