Singing after waking up

For the past 2 days I am having trouble with stretching the higher note .Is singing just after sleep could be a reason?because I was exercising just after i wake up and my voice was much weaker as compare before and cracking.

    your voice has "time zones", if you are not used to singing early, do it for a few days in a row at the desired time, and notice how you get used to it. you should always warm up first, too

    I usually warm up in the mornings so your voice can be a bit grogy and flemmy. Try doing a home workout video prior to warming up. It really loosens the muscles and can really make a difference. Just a 10 min cardio video will do the trick

    Your muscles need waking up after sleeping just as your mind does. Its normal for things to take a bit longer to get into gear after sleep.
