Warming up larynx and pharynx

Greetings everyone!
Taking on a fast paced, high chest song, I'd appreciate any insight on how to keep larynx and pharynx really supple, as long as possible...
What would be the best warm up routine for that precise purpose?
Thanking you,
Philippe
