Singing contest in the mall, no place to warm up the voice

There were quite a lot of people in the mall. And there is no place to warm the sound. I have to register at 10:00 AM and compete in a singing contest at 4:00 PM. What can I do to keep my voice ready to sing at all times?

there is always a place. maybe not as private as you would like, but you will get used to it after a while

you want there be a maximum of 30 mins between warmup and performance (or else you cool down again). so your warmup could take place as far away as a 25 min walk from the mall, as an example
