“Eh” and “Ah” vowels Falsetto

In falsetto my Eh and Ah vowels are super breathy, while the others are very strong and resonant. Any reason why?

Does your larynx rise or descend on these vowels? Sing "ooh-oh-ah-aye-ee" and feel your larynx.
A lowered larynx makes the head voice more breathy.

The course advises keeping a neutral larynx position throughout, including head-voice. Also, use only as much air as needed for the voice to "ping."
