Sore Diaphragm?

Hello guys, in the past few days I've noticed that while supporting my voice, after some time I feel like my diaphragm is sore, like a muscle after hard training. Indeed, in the last few days, I've been doing a lot of breathing exercises that have stressed it, could it simply be that, since the diaphragm is a muscle?

    Hey,

I think its normal to feel like your diaphragm is sore especially when your starting off singing and learning support/you do alot of singing on said particular day. The diaphragm is a muscle and muscles get sore when used a-lot so its important to give yourself a little bit of rest time in between. The cool thing about muscles is they get stronger, so in time you’ll find yourself able to sing longer without the soreness. So ur on the right track
