Dealing with chronic built-up throat/jaw tension

Let's say that I've been singing with incorrect technique for a while, using insufficient support, and earned myself some chronic throat/jaw tension as a result. The muscles of my neck and mandible are very stiff and painful to massage, although I don't have pain otherwise (which is why it took me so long to notice...)

Aside from learning to actually use support and seeing a doctor, which I did already, what are some things that can help? Has Ken ever mentioned strategies or exercises for dealing with tension after it has already built up?

Well, in case anybody faces the same problem - fascial throat and jaw massage is very effective at relaxing and freeing those stuck areas. Check out vids like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mVzL5RdhvVo

Ken has a video similar to this at the beginning of the course, They are a good part of a singer's routine even for those without tension.

Does he? I must've watched Volume 1 ten times by this point and I don't remember that. He does talk about massaging the lower diaphragm, which is aslo useful, but I've never heard him talk about massaging the neck. Could you link it please?
