I’ve been screaming for decades then ran into Ken about 7 years ago found out where I was 100% wrong in everything I was attempting. Was after countless hours able to produce sounds that r mellow! Professional musicians from out of town I ran into gave me considerable positive feedback. Started the course now I see myself becoming an accomplished vocalist I’m also a lyricist. About 8 songs, long story I can write at the level of Dillon/Springsteen but I engineered getting a day job with evenings and weekends off so I don’t have to quit music again just to pay the bills off my stupid day job. Fortunately for me I have considerable experience in that area. So didn’t want to start writing just to have to stop again for the aforementioned reasons. I can literally write 40 albums of award winning stuff. Barring any further interruptions. I started a FB Page and have 10K fans who love to hear me sing and I’m getting ready to drop some more videos with the improvements Ken has brought in just the beginnings of this course like standing up 30% improvement that was a pivotal moment combined with the foundation exercises I found myself again 100% improvement. The main problem now I I have spent 15 months trying to start a band what I’ve found are either guys who want to make a couple bucks over the weekend or snot nosed punks who think they invented rock. I’ve been told to go the open mic route and I’m extremely busy with the music I’ve got 3 jobs. But it seems that’s the only alternative to eye to eye committed reliability. So what do I want? Not much just Joe Perrry,Duff McKagan, Tommy Lee. To start, keyboard would be nice could do Styx. I’m finding local bands that are just making do and drowning out the vocals by turning up the instrumentals or finding some tenor who can hit the notes but sounds like he’s reading the back of a cereal box. Even saw one reading lyrics off a teleprompter bolted to a mic stand the other night. If anyone has any suggestions on attracting band members let me know I’m strongly thinking about an all female band. Let me know? Thank you
