I’ve been a musician since the age of 9 and now 69. When I was young I blew out my vocal cords. I’m trying to get back my voice when I was young. I purchased the full course a few years ago. I fatigue easily and can’t seem to figure out how to use the diaphragm. Dan from central Michigan
