There are a number of posts in the KTVA forums that pertain to this topic and what to do about it.
Those posts are all in areas accessible to KTVA Students only. You are listed here as a "member" which does not reflect that you are a student. If you have purchased any KTVA Volumes, then you need to send an email to [email protected] and request that your status be changed to reflect that.
Copy and paste into your email a copy of your receipt for your KTVA purchase and let them know you need your status changed. They will take care of you.
Only the smallest portion of the KTVA forums are visible to "members". There is a wealth of knowledge available to enrolled students here.
