What kind of files are uploadable for vocal demos?

Hi I tried to upload some .mov files of vocal demos from my iPod but they won't work. What files are accepted on the site?

Most people when showing vocal demonstrations on here use soundcloud for audio and youtube for video. Have you tried either of those?
