I just wanna say thanks to everyone who has helped me by answering my many questions. You guys are awesome!!! I know that Ken teaches us to have a bright tone while singing the exercises. Will this technique help to sing Christian worship songs? I don't really want the harsh/brassy sound. I want to have the "conversational/contemporary" sound(if that makes sense). Will I be able to incorporate the information from KTVA into my style of singing? I really want to sound like Kristian Stanfill. Here are some of his songs: THE LORD OUR GOD & ONE THING REMAINS( i don't know how to put a link up! sorry )

Worship music usually doesn't require much in the way if range but the more you have the more versatile you will be. Once you have established good support and open throat you can add air to the voice sing softer while still maintaining a nice bright tone. Check out some of Kens hymns and classics on YouTube. He does take a lighter approach.

ryker,
When Kristian goes up to his call voice, he is using the bright tone.
The conversational, low-key way he sings most of his verses in is very easy to do, and as Scott said, involves a lighter, airier sound. But Stanfill punches it out on the choruses or bridges of his songs, and you need to build some beef to handle those sections in stride. They can be executed in a clean tone, and you can select how much drive, if any, you want to use for that sound.

I'm not hearing him do anything special. Most of his singing is very laid-back, congregational group-leading. In that role you don't go beyond the ordinary person's vocal range, so that they can sing along.
That's probably why it's referred to as "conversational". It's really more "congregational".
Usually in the climax or turning point in the song, he goes into a higher range and sings over the congregation, in a higher voice. That is the part you will need to build your range and vocal power to be able to attain. That part will take a while, but isn't that hard to do.
