Head Voice Troubles, can anyone help? :D

Well, I'm having some issues with my head voice, the issue is, I don't know what my head voice is, i think i can just do falsetto, if anyone can tell me the differece or how to reach the head voice i'll much aprecciate...

Cheers, Alexander!                      obs: My range is F#2 to G4, and growing soo much, another question, I'll can only hit a B5 or C5  with my head voice?
