I just started with the ken tamplin singing method yesterday, and it seems very promising. I also have tried singing success and became unsuccessful (pun intended). I just ended up with a weak, unconnected and nasal sound, that I hate.

To me, it seems like ken tamplin's methods is the right way to go, as I want a powerful voice, so I can sing prog metal music. Some day I hope to be able to sing like James Labrie from Dream Theater, the way he sang in the album Images and Words.
