Doing the Exercises Laying on my Back

I've been doing the Vol 2 and 3 exercises on my back every now and then. Obviously if someone jumps in and says "hello no you'll hurt yourself" then I'll stop. What I find doing this is:
1. It really helps get rid of the tension. You can really let go of any tension in your entire body, something that Ken is always asking us to shake out and get rid of.
2. It makes me a lot more conscious of the breathing. To take a breath and push your stomach up you're fighting gravity, so it's a little more work (and may help strengthen those muscles) and similarly when you let go it's less effort to go back to the neutral position because you've got a gravity assist!

@pdj You actually breathe properly when you laying flat on you back. It is a good way to really focus on your breathing and was taught that by my professor in college.
To @highmtg point, you definitely have to get comfortable standing upright in front of a crowd although it might be funny to sing a song on your back. I may try that at my next gig to see the reaction from the crowd...lol.
