I'm recording 5 tracks in the studio over the next few weeks, i was just wondering should i be doing the entire stage 3 warm up before hand? or should i be doing an alternative warm up such as stage 2 to get the best results? thanks for your time ken, all the best.

Ken Tamplin Administrator, Moderator Posts: 446I personally do however, since I don't know your endurance level, or how "spot on" you are with your workouts...The self regulating question is this:If you do your volume 3 workouts, and after doing it, do you feel stronger or weaker after completion.If "stronger: and you feel like you are "warmed up" to sing, my answer would be most definitely yes.If you feel "worked" and tired my answer would be, do about 30 minutes of volume 3 gently, spacing the time giving yourself 30 minutes before your session in between.
