Recording vocal

Hey everyone lots of people tell me I'm a good singer but when I record it sounds different I don't really like it.does this happen to singers too?

It's totally normal to dislike the sound of your voice at first. We hear it differently than others do, also we are our own worst critics. The more your record yourself the more you will get used to the sound of your own voice and even enjoy it.
