listening to music in your sleep

From what we know, not only practicing, but listening to music in general builds your brain's ability to develop a strong sense of pitch, melody, and rhythm etc. I have started listening to music while I sleep in the hopes that my subconscious mind will absorb more musical information. I mainly use classical music compilation tracks on youtube which are about 8 hours long. I have indeed noticed some results already. For instance, when listening to fast runs and riffs in songs which contain more than 5 notes, I seem to be able to easily remember all the notes played without listening twice or slowing it down. Either way, I'm sure this can do nothing but good in the long run. Does anybody else have any experience with this method of "sleep learning"?
