Hello,
my name is Mickey, and I would like to introduce myself really quick:)
Born in Ukraine, immigrated to the US, currently serving in the US Army. Ta-daaam. End of story:)
My goal is to lean how to sing like Ian Gillan, Glen Hughes and Coverdale. They are my heroes.
I just started Volume 1. And already have a question. When I use diaphragmatic breathing I get dizzy really quick.
Can somebody explain why is this happening and how to fix it?
Thank you.

Hi, @Mickey, and welcome.
This is new to you. You are using air in a way that you have not had to do before. Give yourself a little time to get used to it. Your body will adapt, and the dizziness will go away, but in the meantime, take it easy, and don't operate a motor vehicle or heavy machinery while doing the exercises. Your air capacity will increase and you won't be phased by the exercises after a while.
