    No problem, Joe.  Someone will always get back to you, unless we miss your message somehow.  That does happen, but not very often.  It might take a day or two, depending on when you post, and when somebody reads it that has an answer.

    I just answered another one of your messages and encouraged you to request a forums upgrade.

    You will find a lot of your questions are already answered there from someone else that asked the same questions before.  Lots of videos and other things, too.
