Ken Tamplin's vocal methods work and they work well.  This is the best program for beginners.  A beginner doesn't have a lot of bad habits to have to unlearn.  You'll be learning to sing the right way from the start.

If you follow Ken's instructions and practice his exercises regularly, pretty soon those people that say you sound terrible will get a big surprise...
