I've finally been getting into it again and seriously learning for the last two days and I can already feel a difference when singing higher AH vowels. It feels easier.

Yes, @Maxysinger, if you seriously follow Ken's instructions and make a commitment to regularly working out and practicing his methods, you will see much improvement.  

It's not something you watch once and then go:  "Oh, OK."  It's the beginning of a journey that will last you the rest of your singing life.  

The improvements keep on happening as you continue to follow and practice Ken's instructions.
