Hi,
I downloaded my KTVA volumes on my old pc which has just stopped working and cannot access my files anymore. Now, I have another computer and was wondering about there being any way that I could re-download those files. Please help! I have no other way around!!!

Write an email to ktvahelp@gmail.com and explain what has happened. Copy and paste your KTVA purchase receipt into your email and ask what your options are.
