Having problems singing without you in the style of Mariah Carey

I have to give a performance on Without You(Mariah Carey). Could anyone give me some tips on singing the high notes of it, or tell me which part of KTVA program should I refer to so that I can better prepare for it?

    On the version I listened to, she sings the entire song in chest voice, and sings notes up to about Eb5.

    This will take a ton of breath support, and you will need to have stretched your chest voice up to those notes comfortably in order to sing them in a performance. Stretching your chest voice takes a long time, so I don't know what kind of time frame you have or how far along you are in stretching your chest voice range.

    You will be needing to modify your vowels as you approach those highest notes in the song.

    Mariah is so far along on her voice that it is likely that she could be doing a bit of a mix on the notes, but they sound like pure chest to me.
