Sleep positioning
I have a bad habit of sleeping on my back and waking up with mucus and gunk in my throat. It's the most comfortable position for me to sleep in, but it's annoying to constantly wake up with mucus in my throat. I have a facial humidifier and spicy food which helps. Plus water. Lots and lots of water. Anybody else sleep on their back?
