Why is this covered in volume three?

I was just wondering why this is in volume three. Do I have to be in volume three to do these steps? hahaha dumb question but Im just wondering. :)

    There is so much information in Volume One, that it can't ALL be there or you'll be overwhelmed. Feel free to watch Vocal Health now and become healthier sooner.
