Kinda sad that those four judges kept their backs turned to him for the entire song, yet many in the audience clearly approved. That just goes to show you that you can't let rejection stop you. No matter how good you are, sometimes others will dismiss you. That's all the more reason to keep on keeping on, to keep seeking more opportunities to be heard.

I can't imagine why Tom Jones or Ricky Wilson didn't turn (it wasn't even as if he was doing hard rock or metal which is a suicidal choice for this type of programme). I've ignored Will.I.Am and Rita Ora since they are only interested in finding the next mediocre pop puppet, but the other two disappoint me greatly. The Voice UK is basically utter nonsense and I've noticed that the Euro and US versions of this series are a bit more open to rock influences.
